Alexander Skarsgård to be the new face of Calvin Klein perfume

Fangtastic news everyone, Alexander Skarsgård will be the new face of Calvin Klein. Very little details are known, only that the Swedish überhunk is not going to strip down to his underwear since it'll be a perfume deal (Why Alexander? Why?). The photos were shot a couple of months ago. The campaign will be released these coming days, right on time for the premiere of True Blood's fifth season, where we can see Alexander as vampire Eric Northman.

This isn't Alexander's first fashion campaign. Two years ago the actor, 35, was the face of suitmaker Hickey Freeman. The photos for this campaign were shot by Annie Leibovitz.

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth are engaged!

Liam Hemsworth popped the question! Miley Cyrus announced to People Magazine that she is engaged to be married to Liam Hemsworth. In a statement the 19-year old singer and Hannah Montana actress says, "I'm so happy to be engaged and look forward to a life of happiness with Liam."

Liam, 22, proposed on May 31st with a 3.5 carat diamond ring from jeweler Neil Lane. The celebrity jeweler told People that Liam asked for "something unusual. Something really beautiful and romantic." Liam and Neil Lane went back and forth until Liam was satisfied. The final pick was a 3.5 carat cushion-cut diamond handcrafted in 18-karat gold. The ring has a distinct art nouveau pattern with handcarved diamond floral motifs. The center stone is highlighted by smaller stones set in the gold band. The jeweler says, "The light flashes and sparkles no matter where Miley moves her hand." The center stone is an antique from the late 19th century. Neil Lane says, "It was hand-cut around 1880 or 1890 and it's unique and in its original form. At that time no two diamonds were alike, as they were all hand-cut, so it's fascinating to look at because it hasn't been re-cut to look contemporary over the years. I find that really romantic."

Miley's engagement ring

Miley and Liam, 22, met when filming for The Last Song in 2009 and have been a couple ever since. Miley is currently in the studio working on a new album, whereas Chris Hemsworth younger brother is filming Empire State in New Orleans. Afterwards he'll film Paranoia with Harrison Ford and Gary Oldman, as well as the second installment of The Hunger Games.

It's a girl for Barry Watson and Natasha Gregson Wagner!

Barry Watson and girlfriend Natasha Gregson Wagner have welcomed their first child together. Their little girl came into the world on Wednesday, May 30th. The couple tells People Magazine, "We are overwhelmed with love and joy at the birth of our daughter Clover Clementyne." Baby girl Clover weighed 7 lbs., 2 oz. and measured 19½ inches long.

The couple was inspired to name their daughter Clover, by the 1985 film Inside Daisy Clover, that starred Natasha, the legendary actress Natalie Wood. 

Clover is the first child for Natasha, 41. Barry, 38, has two sons from his marriage to Tracy Hutson, Oliver,7, and Felix, 4½.

Yesterday Kimberly Stewart stepped out with 10-month old daughter Delilah. The mother-daughter duo went out for breakfast in Bel Air, where they met up with two friends (among which actor Scott Caan). Delilah stole the show though, chewing away on her mom's purse. The dark haired baby girl takes after her daddy Benicio del Toro. She looked adorable in a cute vest top and red pants. Kimberly, daughter of Rod Stewart, wore grey skinny jeans and a cute top. She accessorized with an oversized red bag (probably filled with baby stuff), a golden necklace with heart pendant and a big gold cuff.

Delilah

Kimberly and Benicio are no longer together, but she has stated that he is a very hands-on father. He even was in the delivery room with her and her mom. Kimberly named her daughter after the 1968 Tom Jones song.

It's a girl for Miljuschka Witzenhausen

Sunday evening Miljuscka Witzenhausen and her husband Tycho Veldhoen have welcomed a daughter into their family. They named their baby girl Felina Stientje. Miljuschka, 26, told Dutch tv show RTL Boulevard that labour was hard, it lasted for about an hour. Felina came into the world at 8.30 p.m.

The former TMF presenter & model and the tattoo artist already have a son together, 2-year old Rembrandt.

Amar'e Stoudemire is engaged

Amar'e Stoudemire can add fiancé to his resumé. The New York Knicks captain and six-time NBA All-star popped the question to Alexis Welch, the mother of his three children, in Paris on Saturday night.

Amar'e, 29, told People Magazine, "I have been planning my proposal for a while and overlooking the entire Paris skyline seemed like a perfect place. I am so happy she said 'yes', and now we can continue to build our life together as husband and wife." The pro-basketball player proposed at 11 p.m. local time outside of their penthouse at Le Meurice Hotel Belle Etoile Royal Suite, whilst overlooking the Eiffel tower. He designed the engagement ring with Los Angeles based jeweler Shayan Afshar. The 8.5 carat radiant-cut ring has 3.50 carats of flawless diamonds set in 18-carat white gold, it is worth more than $1 million.

Amar'e and Alexis have been together for 10 years (minus the time he was with Ciara). Theymet in 2002, when he was playing with the Phoenix Suns. They have three children (two girls, one boy), the oldest two being daughter A're (born in 2005) and son Amar'e Jr. (born in 2006). They plan to wed in 2013.

Ashley Biden and Howard Krein tie the knot

Ashley Biden, daughter of Vice President of the United States of America Joe Biden, wed Philadelphia surgeon Howard Krein on Saturday. The couple tied the knot at the St. Joseph on the Brandywine Roman Catholic Church in Greenville, the same church where Ashley was baptized. The wedding ceremony combined Catholic (Ashley) and Jewish (Howard) traditions.

Joe Biden walked his daughter Ashley down the aisle on Saturday. The VP was very emotional about giving his youngest daughter away. He said to People Magazine, "I kept telling Ash, we've got to open up the church and practice walking up and down the aisle so I can handle it." The bride wore a dramatic mermaid gown with elaborate ruffles at the bottom, designed by Vera Wang.

The newlyweds, their family and friends celebrated the nuptials at the Biden's lakeside family home in Wilmington. The reception and family-style dinner were attended by some 200 guests.

Ashley, 30, and Howard, 45, have been a couple since the summer of 2010, when they were introduced to each other by Ashley's older brother Beau. Howard proposed in October 2011, after getting permission from proud father Joe. The VP said, "This is the right guy. And he's getting a helluva woman."

The couple is now off on their honeymoon. The destination was kept a surprise from Ashley by Howard, until Saturday evening. They will make their home in Philadelphia.

Drew Barrymore and Will Kopelman wed

Will Kopelman and Drew Barrymore are husband and wife! The couple wed on Saturday at Drew's Montecito, California, home.

The newlyweds had an intimate ceremony that was "classic, simple, very pretty, garden-inspired". The wedding ceremony was organised by wedding planners Yifat Oren and Stefanie Cove, who also organised Reese Witherspoon and Jim Toth's nuptials last March. A rabbi officiated the Jewish ceremony. Cameron Diaz, Reese Witherspoon, Jim Toth, Jimmy Fallon and Busy Philips witnessed the couple tying the knot.

Drew, 37, wed in a Chanel gown. Not very surprising, since Will's father, Arie Kopelman, is a former Chanel CEO.

Actress Drew and art dealer Will are expecting their first child later this year. This is Drew's third marriage.

Dirk Kuyt will be moving to Turkey

The European Championships are about to begin, but Dirk Kuyt (Dutch spelling: Dirk Kuijt) had some time left to take an important decision: he's going to play football at Fenerbahçe. Both Fenerbahçe and his current football club, Liverpool FC, have confirmed the move.

In a statement Liverpool FC officials say, "Liverpool Football Club can confirm that Dirk Kuyt has advised the club that he has reached an agreement with Fenerbahçe SK over a move to Turkey, and the transfer is expected to be completed in the next few days. Everyone at Liverpool Football Club would like to wish Dirk all the very best for the future and thank him for his contribution to the club."

Dirk will sign a three-year contract with the Turkish club. He was supposed to stay at Liverpool FC until 2013, but this last season was disappointing, first-team starts were hard to come by under trainer Kenny Dalglish. It is unknown how much Fenerbahçe will pay Liverpool FC. 

It was rumoured that Dirk Kuyt would go back to his old club, Feijenoord in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. However, Dirk said that, "if I returned to Holland, I would have to take an 80% cut in my Liverpool wages. If you are 35 or 36, you know your career is almost done. But I'm only 31 and in the prime of my life. I still have two or three years left at the top. I still have an ambition and fitness to play at the highest level, a club in a major competition or a big club with European ambitions."

Dirk married his longtime girlfriend Gertrude in 2003. The couple has four children, daughter Noelle (born in 2005), and sons Roan Dirk (born in 2007), Jordan Giovanni (born in 2008) and Aidan Benyamin (born in 2011). 

Kelsey and Kayte Grammer tie the knot. Again!

Kelsey and Kayte Grammer have renewed their vows. The again-newlyweds said their first I do's fifteen months ago in New York City's Longacre Theater. That February 25th, 2011 ceremony wasn't enough, because Kelsey's rep has confirmed the vow renewel to People Magazine.

Next month Kayte is due with the couple's first children. Yes, plural, Kayte is expecting twins. According to Kelsey this was the perfect time to get married again, because "I've always wanted shot-gun wedding pictures so we can show the kids later on!"

The almost-parents renewed their vows in the Little Church of the West in Las Vegas. Kelsey donned a Tom Ford suit and Kayte wore a custom-made Peter Langner baby-doll dress. Kelsey said, "Kayte's the most wonderful person in the world. We wanted to celebrate and rededicate [ourselves] to how much we love each other and to our growing family around the bend."

This is the fourth marriage of the actor, known for his roles on Cheers, Frasier, and Boss. His children with wife Kayte are to be his fifth and sixth. He was married to Doreen Alderman from 1982 to 1990. The former couple have one child together, daughter Spencer Grammer. Spencer gave Kelsey his first grandchild, almost 18-month old Emmett Emmanuel Hesketh. His relationship with hair and make up stylist Barrie Buckner resulted in daughter Kandace Greer. His second marriage was to Leigh-Anne Csuhany. The couple married in 1992. The marriage lasted for only one year. In 1997 he married Camille Donatacci. They have two children together, daughter Mason Olivia and son Jude Gordon. Camille filed for divorce July 1st, 2010.
