It's a baby girl for Barbie!

Dutch reality tv star Barbie (real name: Samantha de Jong) has given birth to a baby girl. Barbie and husband Michael van der Plas named their little bundle Angelina Melissa Cora. The second and third names are family names from Barbie's side: Cora is her mother and Melissa is the name of her deceased sister. According to a spokesperson Angelina's birth was 'intense', it took over 24 hours for baby Angelina to arrive. "Mother, father and baby are doing very well." Both Barbie and Michael already have gotten a tattoo with the names of their daughter.

Barbie and Michael wed on April 1st. Barbie wore a white and pink wedding gown. This is Barbie's first child, Michael already has a son from a previous relationship. The starlet, known for Oh Oh Cherso, Oh Oh Tirol and Barbie's Bruiloft (Barbie's Wedding), and Michael had announced that they were to welcome a daughter into their family.

Preparations for Angelina's arrival can be viewed from next week onward on RTL5 in Barbie's new show, Barbie's Baby.

Sienna Miller names baby daughter 'Marlowe'

The sister of super-private Sienna Miller has revealed her niece's name on Twitter. Savannah Miller tweeted, "Marlowe I love you." Sienna, 30, and rumoured fiancé Tom Sturridge, 26, became parents last weekend. The actress gave birth to their baby girl in London.

Marlowe is an old English name meaning 'driftwood'.

Kourtney Kardashian's baby girl has arrived! Yesterday (Sunday) morning Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick's daughter came into the world at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, L.A. The couple named their newborn Penelope Scotland. She weighed 7 lbs., 14 oz./ 3572 grams. Little Penelope joins big brother Mason, 2.

Kourtney told E! News, "Scott and I are overjoyed to welcome our precious angel Penelope Scotland Disick into our lives. We are forever blessed. Mommy and baby are resting comfortably." Mom Kris said that Kourtney had a natural birth, "It was great. She had an easy delivery. She [Penelope] is so cute. She looks just like Mason. She's so beautiful. We are so happy."

Mason's birth was shown on Keeping Up With The Kardashians. A couple of weeks ago Kourtney said on the Tonight Show that they were undecided to show this birth on tv, "We're gonna film it again ourselves, and honestly, my experience last time was so peaceful and calm and everything you don't see in the movies. And I really wanted to share that with people so they knew it doesn't have to be a crazy screaming session."

Backstreet Boy AJ McLean and wife Rochelle DeAnna Karadis have a daughter on the way! AJ, 34, and Rochelle announced the exciting news via a socialcam video, in which he thanked everyone "for all of your love and support." The couple also revealed that they are planning on naming their daughter Ava Jaymes. AJ also tweeted the announcment.

AJ and Rochelle were married in December 2011 at the Beverly Hills Hotel, in the presence of all the other (former) Backstreet Boys: Nick Carter, Howie Dorough, Brian Littrell and Kevin Richardson. The newlyweds announced that they were expecting their first child via a YouTube video in April.

The newlyweds recently moved from Hollywood to the Los Angeles Valley area to live in a bigger home in preparation to start a family. This will be the first Backstreet Girl. Brian Littrell has one little boy, Baylee Thomas Wylee. Howie Dorough also has one son, James Hoke and Kevin Richardson is dad to son Mason.

Cuteness overload! Jessica Simpson decided to share a photo of her 8-week old daughter Maxwell Drew with her Twitter followers. "Howdy friends" Jessica tweeted alongside the photo of her pouty-faced baby girl. The dark-eyed beauty is clad in red and white stripes and her natural hair style seems to be that of a mini-mohawk. Adorable!

Maxwell is the first child of Jessica Simpson and fiancé Eric Johnson. She was born May 1st, in March Jessica and Eric announced that they were expecting a baby girl.

It's a princess for Caleb Followill and Lily Aldridge

Caleb Followill and Lily Aldridge welcomed a daughter into their family on June 21st in Nashville. Baby girl was 22 inches/ 56 cm long and weighed 7 lbs., 11 oz./ 3,5 kg at her 1 a.m. arrival. The couple named their daughter Dixie Pearl.

A rep for Kings of Leon told People Magazine, "Mom, dad and baby are happy, healthy and enjoying their new addition." Lily, 26, tweeted, "Thank you everyone for all the sweet words! We are so in love with our darlin Dixie Pearl :) much love to everyone xoxo".

Caleb, 30, and Lily, 26, were wed in Santa Barbara in May 2011. Caleb isn't the first band member to add to the Kings of Leon family. His cousin Matthew Followill has a son, Knox Cameron Patrick, who's 13 months old.

girl came into the world on May 5th, 2012, the couple told People Magazine, they named their daughter Isabetta Rose. She was born in Pensacola, Florida, and weighed 7lbs., 3 oz./3,25 kg. Isabetta joins big sisters Lucia Rose, 2½, and Carina Rose, 18 months. 

Amber said, "Isabetta Rose was born on Cinco de Mayo. Isabetta was born with a full head of brown hair and blue eyes. She still has all of her hair almost six weeks later, and her eyes are still as blue as can be. Her sisters can't get enough of her. They always want to hold her and I'm not sure who gives her more kisses - her big sisters or her parents."

Rose as a middle name is a tradition in the Mariano household. Amber said, "Rob really liked the idea of all of our girls sharing the same middle name. Many cousins on his side also share Rose as their middle name." Isabetta was a first name contender, but nothing was decided until after her birth, "we never name our babies until we actually meet them. When we saw her for the first time that afternoon, we knew it was the perfect name for her."

It's a girl! Daughter for Alyson Hanigan and Alexis Denisof

Satyana is a big sister! Alyson Hanigan and Alexis Denisof have welcomed a second daughter into their family. The baby girl was born on Wednesday, May 23rd. She was given the name Keeva Jane. Alyson's rep confirmed to People Magazine, "They are all doing well."

Alyson, 38, and Alexis met on the set of Buffy the Vampire Slayer and have been married since October 11th, 2003. They welcomed their first child, daughter Satyana Marie on March 24th, 2009, Alyson's 35th birthday.

Keeva is the Anglicized version of the Irish name Caoimhe. It means 'beautiful', 'gentle', or 'precious'. Precious is the photo that the American Reunion and How I Met Your Mother star tweeted of her newborn daughter's hand.

It's a girl for Miljuschka Witzenhausen

Sunday evening Miljuscka Witzenhausen and her husband Tycho Veldhoen have welcomed a daughter into their family. They named their baby girl Felina Stientje. Miljuschka, 26, told Dutch tv show RTL Boulevard that labour was hard, it lasted for about an hour. Felina came into the world at 8.30 p.m.

The former TMF presenter & model and the tattoo artist already have a son together, 2-year old Rembrandt.

Meet Maxwell Drew!

Jessica Simpson and fiancé Eric Johnson chose People Magazine to publish photos of their newborn daughter Maxwell Drew. The proud parents say that "life has completely changed" after welcoming their baby girl on May 1st. Jessica says, "from how I sleep to what I think about, Maxwell has definitely taken over everything!"

Jessica delivered daughter Maxwell via C-section, she's still recovering from the surgery. Nursing has become "a full-on job", but "it's the worst if I have to pump and give Eric a bottle to give her. I miss holding her and having that closeness."

The magazine will feature photos of the new family (with the payment rumours swirling around - reportedly People paid $800.000 - it seems save to say that Maxwell has a great college fund).

Brooke White has a baby to sing songs to now. The American Idol season 7 finalist and her husband Dave Ray welcomed a daughter May 24th, in Los Angeles. The couple named their first child London.

Dave told People Magazine, "Baby London is here! Our girl came in at 6:41 p.m. and is 8 lbs., 12 oz.!" The proud papa adds that mother and daughter "are both healthy as well." The couple named their baby girl London as a nod to Dave's relatives who are all from England and specifically the London area. Perhaps even more important, Brooke, 28, loves the nickname 'Londy'.

It's a girl for Jenna von Oy!

Actress and country singer Jenna von Oy is a mom! She and husband Brad Bratcher welcomed a baby girl on Monday, May 21st, in Nashville. The couple named their daughter Gray Audrey. She was born 4:51 p.m. and weighed 7 lbs., 6 oz./3.35 kilo's and she measured at 18 inches/46 centimeters long. Jenna, 35, ended up having an unexpected c-section three weeks before her due date.

Jenna, known for her roles on Blossom and The Parkers, told People Magazine, "Brad and I are, of course, ecstatic she's here and we are madly in love with her already. It's truly unimaginable how quickly she wrapped us around her little finger!" She continues, "We are exhausted, but enjoying every moment of it, as every moment she's doing something new and memorable." Aside from her own personality, she also came with a full head of hair. "She has an incredible amount of hair! So much so, that the hospital nurses washed it, brushed it, and put a bow in it on the first day! We know kids a year old who don't have half the amount of hair our daughter had at birth!"

Wednesday Mariska Hargitay hosted Playground Partners annual family party in Central Park, New York. Husband Peter Hermann and daughter Amaya were there to celebrate as well.

Peter and Mariska have been married for almost eight years, they were married August 28th, 2004. They met on the set of Law and Order: SVU. The couple has three children together, August, 5, and his (adopted) siblings Amaya, 1, and Andrew, who joined the family in October 2011. At the time of Amaya's adoption Mariska said, "I'm deliriously happy. From the minute she was born, she was just surprisingly alert and so full of love," and, "We talked a lot about mixed-race adoptin, and we are very excited that we are now a multi-racial famly. We're just so happy she's here."

Is Megan Fox expecting a baby girl?

The rumours that Megan Fox is pregnant continue. The latest gossip is that the Transformers star and husband Brian Austin Green are expecting a daughter. According to Star Magazine a friend (I always wonder what 'friend' would spread rumours) said that Megan and Brian are "beyond thrilled" after finding out that they're going to be parents to a baby girl. "She's been helping to raise Brian's 10-year old son, Kassius [mom is Brian's ex-girlfriend Vanessa Marcil], for years, and now she'll have the experience of being mummy to a little girl," according to the same friend. He/She added, "Obviously, Megan and Brian would be happy with a healthy baby of either gender, but they're beyond thrilled that Kassius is going to have a little sister."

Up until now Megan, 26, has kept mum on the subject of pregnancy, neither confirming or denying it. We'll know soon enough, because the source says she's due late September/early October. She is attached to a movie project [Swindle], but the script is being rewritten and filming won't start until early 2013.

Meet Adalaide Kelley!

Josh Kelley and Katherine Heigl recently announced the adoption of their second daughter. Last week the couple (finally) revealed that they named their baby girl Adalaide Marie Hope. This week Katherine, 33, has been spotted out and about with the newest addition to the family. Yesterday the actress was photographed in Beverly Hills with her mother and her youngest daughter. She allowed photographers a glimpse of her newborn. The baby girl was sound asleep as she was toted by her mother.

Adalaide was adopted domestically. She joins big sister Naleigh, who was adopted from South Korea 3 years ago. Katherine has been very vocal about adoption, "My feeling about adoption is. Why not? There's nothing about it that makes it any less meaningful of a relationship in my mind," and, "My husband and I wanted to have a baby, and to us it didn't matter how it happened. Adoption has been a part of my life and a part of my family, so it was how I wanted to start. It felt natural and right to me."

Yesterday I wrote about Jillian Michaels' daughter, but now there's more news! The former The Biggest Loser trainer did not only adopt a 2-year old daughter from Haiti. Jillian's girlfriend, Heidi Rhoades, has given birth to a son too! So now Jillian is a mom to toddler Lukensia and son Phoenix.

Jillian told People Magazine about her two year journey to adopt from Haiti and that Heidi gave birth to baby boy Phoenix the same week that she was able to bring Lukensia home. "We're swimming in babies over here." The family went from two to four in a matter of a week, but it's been great, "I don't even answer email. I don't have time to care about anything else. I want to be really present and enjoy all the nuances of their growth and development. I don't want to rush any of it."

Jillian Michaels has talked about the waiting game that is an adoption procedure before. Last year, she quit working on The Biggest Loser in order to focus on motherhood. In May 2011, she said, "The paperwork is done, and now it's just a waiting game. It could be six months, twelve months; it could be two years. Or it could be tomorrow!" Then last January she was matched to a child, "I've been matched with a little girl. I went over to visit orphanages and I ended up falling in love with this little girl, and by the grace of God, I got matched up with her." And now Jillian has picked up her daughter and has given her a home. Yesterday, the fitness trainer, 38, was spotted out and about with her daughter for the first time. The adorable little girl, whose name hasn't been released, can be seen being kissed and cuddled by Jillian, as well as exploring Malibu. Cute!

Meet India Rose Hemsworth!

Chris Hemsworth and Elsa Pataky welcomed their first child, a daughter, last Friday. It must have been smooth sailing for Elsa, because today, the brand new parents were seen out and about with their baby girl India Rose for the first time.

Granted, India is kept under wraps, but it is a great family photo nonetheless (look at their smiles! The way Chris cradles his newborn!).

DJ Afrojack's ex-girlfriend Amanda Balk recently gave birth to a baby girl. Amanda, 24, named their daughter Vegas. Afrojack (real name: Nick van de Wall) recently visited his daughter for the first time. Baby girl Vegas is now two months old and by the looks of it she's a total cutie pie!

Nick and Amanda split when Amanda was pregnant with Vegas. Currently, Nick is touring the world with travel buddy Paris Hilton, before his new tour kicks off this Friday at the Kelowna Waterfront Park. 

It's a girl for Simon Helberg!

Simon Helberg is a dad! He and his wife, Jocelyn Towne, welcomed a daugther to the world on Tuesday, May 8th. The couple named their baby girl Adeline.

This is the first child for the couple. The actor, known for his role of Howard Wolowitz on The Big Bang Theory, and his wife were aiming for a natural birth.
