Track Palin and his wife of three months, Britta Hanson, have welcomed their first child together. A baby girl named Kyla Grace.

Track, 22, is the oldest son of American politician Sarah Palin. He married his high school sweetheart, 21, in a small ceremony in Hatcher Pass, Alaska, last May. The joint family statement, released after the couple got married, didn't mention that Britta was six months pregnant at the time of the wedding. Sarah Palin is, of course, well-known for her stance of abstinence before marriage, but that couldn't/shouldn't be the reason for not mentioning the pregnancy in the statement - even us, mere mortals, know that fitting a 9-month pregnancy into 3 months is impossible. 

The Palin family hasn't released a statment regarding the birth of Kyla yet, but Britta's mother, Elizabeth Hanson, has told RadarOnline, "Kyla Grace is great.She's beautiful. I'm very happy. I love my daughter and my son-in-law very much."

Photos of Britta on what looks like Kyla's baby shower has surfaced. Track posted the photo online, captioning it "my beautiful britta pie!" The photo shows Britta smiling and surrounded by gifts, another shows her smiling and holding up a hoodie.
