Is he or isn't he? Ryan Philippe is still waiting for DNA-results to see whether or not he is the father to his ex-girlfriend's newborn daughter. However, if the birth certificate of Alexis Knapp's baby girl is any proof, he surely is a new dad.

Baby Kai was born July 1st and her full name, as listed on her birth certificate, is
Kailani Merizalde Philippe Knapp. The middle name of Merizalde is the same as that of the 21-year old mother. The Philippe part of the last name is a tell-tale sign that there's no doubt, or at least Alexis has no doubt, that Ryan indeed fathered a child with her. However, she did leave the section that lists the baby's father name blank. Ryan, 36, hasn't yet commented on the matter. However, he was by Alexis's side when she gave birth to Kai.
