CSI's William Petersen and wife Gina have twins!

Former CSI actor William Petersen and his wife Gina Cirone have welcomed a boy and a girl via surrogate on July 5th, in Los Angeles. A rep for William, 58, confirms the arrival of the twins to People Magazine.

The babies were born prematurely, but are doing well. "The babies are doing great and are improving every day and we can't wait for them to come home," the parents said to People.

William and Gina married in 2003. William already has a daughter, 36-year old Maite, from his first marriage. Maite has two sons, Mazrik, 8, and Indigo, 2.
